Hi there,
I'm Helena!

Fifteen years ago I quit my job to move to a small village in wild Eastern Europe, to create a slower intentional life, close to nature with my heart as my compass. I help women all over the world create their life and business from their heart. I write about slow mindful living, the simple pleasures, authentic soulful business, and a sprinkling of exploring the big questions in life.

I hope that what you find here will spark & inspire your dream!
